What is the deadline to register?

Online Registration closes Friday, Jan 31, 2020 at 11:59 pm. Registration is available for the Half Marathon and 5k at the Packet Pick-Up day on Saturday, February 1st. There will be RACE DAY REGISTRATION note that price will increase significantly and/or might be sold out. We recomend you don't wait until last minute. 

 

How can I verify if I am registered?

After you've registered, you should receive an email confirmation from Run Sign Up. Verify your email Inbox and Junk. For additional help or registration confirmation you may use our website contact form.

 

Are refunds available?

NO. The entry fee paid is non-transferable and non-refundable.

 

I registered for the Half Marathon. Is it possible to switch to the 5k?
Yes. Please use website contact form and notify us for any changes. No refunds will be givent if you change race category.

 

What happens if I am unable to participate but want my t-shirt?

You are welcome to pick up your race packet and receive your participation t-shirt at the Bib-Pick Up day on Saturday, February 1st. You can also contact us via our website contact form. We will not mail any merchandise.

 

Where and when can I pick up my race packet?

Bib Pick-Up day will be held on Saturday, February 01 in Hanford. Location TBA.

 

Is it mandatory to pick up my race packet?

Yes. Your race packet includes your official race bib, event shirt, runner goodies, timing tag and safety pins for your bib. You must wear both your timing tag and bib on race day or you will not be allowed on the course. Packets cannot be mailed in advance; however you may also pick it up on race day at race location from 6:00-7:30 am. Race starts at 8:00 am. DON’T BE LATE!

 

What do I need to bring with me to pick-up my race packet?

A current photo ID or email confirmation.

 

Can a friend pick up my race packet on my behalf?

Yes. You will have to send a consent note and a copy of your current Photo ID/Registration Confirmation in order for someone else to retrieve your packet. 

 

What if I cannot make it to the Bib Pick-Up day during operating hours?

You may pick up your packet on race day at race location from 6:30-7:30am. Race starts at 8:00 am. DON’T BE LATE!

 

Will there be Half Marathon pace groups?

Unfortunately we won’t provide pace groups. We recommend bringing a watch to time your race pace.

 

Will there be awards for top finishers?

Half Marathon & 5k
Awards will be given out in the following categories based on official chip time: For 2020 race no awards will be cash value.

  • Overall Male & Female: 1st, 2nd & 3rd.

Half Marathon Only

  • Age Groups: 12-19 / 20-24 / 25-29 / 30-34 / 35-39 / 40-44 / 45-49 / 50-54 / 55-59 / 60-64 / 65-69 / 70-74 / 75+

Will you offer Awards for Walkers-only? 

We will not be able to provide awards for walkers due to the inability to control adherence to walking only during the event.

Where are results posted?
We’ll get them online as soon as possible.

 

When & where do top finishers receive their awards?

Top finishers will receive their awards at the finish line Cow Fest as the results are reported. If you are unable to pick-up your award and would like it mailed to you a S&H fee will apply.

 

What nutrition will be on the course?

Water and Gatorade on aid stations approximately every two miles. GU gels will be available as well.

 

Will there be portable restrooms on the course?

Portable restrooms will be located at the start/finish line and along the course.

 

What are time limits for the races? Can walkers register for the Half-Marathon?

Walkers are welcome. Time limits due to traffic control for the Half Marathon are 4 hours or 18:05 min per mile. If you are slower than this limit, you will be directed to run on side of street and follow traffic laws; as the course begins to open up to traffic.

 

Can I walk the 5k or the half marathon?
Yes, within the 4 hour limit!

 

Are wheelchairs allowed on the course?

Yes. If you will be participating in a wheelchair, please note this on your entry form. We strongly suggest that wheelchair participants be experienced racers. Please email runforall@outlook.com or use the website’s contact form if you are planning to race in a wheelchair, or will be pushing a wheelchair so that we can make appropriate accommodations. Both the participant on wheelchair and runner must sign up for the race to receive a race packet.

 

Are baby strollers/joggers or un-registered friends allowed on the course?

Yes. Baby strollers/joggers, are allowed on the course, however, you MUST notify the race directors by email runforall@outlook.com or use the website’s contact form if you are planning to race with a stroller so that we can make appropriate accommodations.

 

What are the age requirements?

You must be 5 years of age for the 5k or 13 years of age for the Half Marathon by race day to participate.

 

Are iPods and other music devices allowed on the course?

The use of headphones is discouraged. It is a safety hazard since use may compromise a participant’s ability to hear critical safety and/or directional instructions, especially instructions that may arise in an emergency situation.

 

Are dogs allowed on the course?

No animals or pets are allowed on the course for the safety of all our participants.

 

What is the Cow Fest?

The Cow Fest will be held in honor or all the finishers as they cross the finish line welcoming them with refreshments, a warm breakfast, music and entertainment. Please make plans to stay and enjoy the live entertainment and walk through the vendors and informational booth.
